2 Νοε 2020 · I have just received a DELL keyboard KB216 (Danish sort) but it is not responding. Seems to be locked. When connecting USB: - it is correctly added as a new keyboard in the devices manager without any warning. - the num lock (lock icon with num. 9) light gets on.

23 Μαΐ 2021 · Today I noticed that there is a light on, on my keyboard. It's NOT the Number Lock or Caps Lock. I looked into it and found out it's the Scroll Lock. I went through the diagnostics on my system (and keyboard), since they're still under warranty.
