9 Απρ 2021 · I have a Ryzen 7 processor in HP laptop and it doesn't allow me to sync iPhone in iTunes if connected thru Type C port to my iPhone 11. Definitely, there's some issue with AMD processor. Kindly do share your findings and help is to resolve this issue.
