13 Ιουν 2012 · Solution: If you really need the noisy device (the one that send electromagnetism waves): uninstall the touchpad driver of your dell computer. (I tried to switch off the dell touchpad from the dell touchpad software, but that wasn't enough. The cursor continued to move by itself.)

I have six user accounts on my Dell laptop. On my account, the mouse is not working. It is built into the laptop. It freezes and when I try to log out it will not let me move the mouse at all. I have to shut down and use the arrow keys to get to another account.
