10 Οκτ 2021 · Go to safe mode, if you don't know how to do it, force reboot in the Dell logo loading screen. Once or twice should do it to force it into recovery mode. In the recovery mode find advanced mode that allow you to go to safe mode.
When I power on the laptop after Dell logo I can hear windows boot sound but screen is black with only mouse pointer visible, I can move the mouse pointer, keyboard lights are working (CAPS/ NUM lock).
