I just downloaded the SimRealist Experience mod (the one that comes with all the mods together in one download), and I went into my game to make sure it worked, and I seem to be missing certain elements.
Automod has detected that you may be asking for help regarding a broken mod. If you have already searched the subreddit for similar questions, please confirm what existing steps you have taken to resolve this issue (ie 50/50 method, Mod creator's discord, updating mods, etc).

My problem is with the R|E Real Estate mod by SimRealist. The appraiser is glitched. I requested an appraisal but accidentally left the lot before they got there. I came back immediately but I can’t request an appraisal, it says one is on the way, but no one is showing up.
What happens when the bug occurs? While the lot itself is green, going to the unit has the checkmark that would finish the moving-in process greyed out. What do you expect to see? to be able to get into the unit with the cheat. Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes.
