Homes NSW brings together the housing and homelessness services of the NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) with NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC), the NSW Aboriginal Housing Office (AHO) and key worker housing all under one roof – making the system more efficient and accessible.

The online form is the quickest and simplest way to apply for housing assistance. You just need an email account. You can also apply over the phone. Call the Housing Contact Centre on 1800 422 322, Monday to Friday: between 9am and 5pm to complete your form.
Social housing is secure, affordable housing for people on low to moderate incomes who have a housing need. It includes public housing properties managed by the Homes NSW and the Aboriginal Housing Office, and community housing properties managed by not-for-profit, non-government registered community housing organisations.
