I’m not sure which device your running Desmume, but on Mac, you can speed up by: Emulation (on top bar) -> show execution control -> slider where you can speed up or slow down from 0x to 10x
21 Δεκ 2017 · To make DeSmuME run faster, you need to follow the given steps: Allow “Patch DealyLoop SWI” if you have to use an external BIOS image. Using a BIOS image is not recommended, as it slows down the DeSmuME emulator instead of desmume speed up. Use the “A” function.
There's an actual fast-forward option that you can set a button for in the Hotkey Config options. You could also use the Increase/Decrease Speed keys to quickly set the FPS target (up to 4x). Reply reply

12 Δεκ 2022 · To set the speed-up button you can check Config > Hotkey Config options and there you can set hotkeys for Fast Forward, Increase Speed, and Decrease Speed. If your character is in the game moving slowly, then you can use the keys to speed up the game on your DeSmuME emulator.
