I found average ratings as low as 40% and as high as 100%. I decided to limited my results to channels averaging more than 200 ratings per video and at least 25 Destiny titles out of their last 30. Here is the top 7 in Alphabetical Order. Their average rating ranged from 99% up to a full 100%. Ben Broman.
