According to the DFA website, the following are the general and additional requirements for passport new application. Valid picture IDs and supporting documents to prove identity. Note: Old documents issued at least one year prior to date of application that show correct name, date and place of birth, picture and signature of applicant.
1 Μαρ 2021 · For first-time applicants, visit the DFA website: dfa.gov.ph, ready your Philippine passport requirements, set a DFA appointment online with the nearest Regional Office to your current address. After that, fill out the online application form and then save it.
