Each amusement ride and/or amusement attraction operating in the State of Illinois at an event open to the public must have a current Permit to Operate affixed to it. If you do not see the permit, ask the operator to see it before you get on the ride and/or attraction.
What You Need Prior To Applying for an Amusement Ride Operating Permit. Export To CSV. Application Fill out the 2022 Application completely and sign it using the instruction sheet provided. This should be in our office at least 30 days prior to your first show or event of the season.
