A TCU username and password is required to reserve a room. Classrooms with RoomWizard devices must be booked through the Registrar’s office. Room availability is subject to change and the department that controls these rooms reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

There are also seven group study rooms available in Moudy South and two in Winton Scott (more info). To reserve a Media Editing Room, use this calendar.

If you have lost/deleted your confirmation email, then please contact the Library IC Help Desk at 817-257-7664 or via email at libsystems@tcu.edu. You may also contact the Research Support Desk.

Where can I find something to eat or drink in the library? How do I reserve a group study room? What is FrogScholar? Where can I get my thesis or dissertation bound and how much will it cost?

If the time is correct, click Continue. 5. At the next screen, click "Submit my Booking". You'll receive an email confirming the time and room number.
