With the shortcuts ALT + SHIFT + D or ALT + SHIFT + T you can insert the current time and date in Word. So far so good, but unfortunately the American time format is displayed with 2x12h and this is also translated to german.
26 Ιαν 2015 · In Word 2013, English, select the INSERT tab and click on the Date and Time icon in the Text group. (If the Word window is not wide enough, the icon appears without the accompanying text.) It opens a Date and Time window where you can set the format, for the language used.
14 Μαΐ 2015 · When you insert the date and time in Word, your newly selected date formats are now available at the top of the list on the “Date and Time” dialog box. If you changed the default long and short time formats, those are available where the long and short dates are first listed on the dialog box.

In Germany and eastern Europe weekday names are commonly (and according to DIN 1355) abbreviated with two letters (Mo, Di, Mi, Do, Fr, Sa, So), whereas month names (rather than month numbers) are abbreviated with three letters (Jan, Feb, Mrz, Apr, Mai, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Okt, Nov, Dez).
