23 Μαΐ 2020 · Try boosting it over 100, and have each speaker show lots of green. Check the microphone level in Windows. You could also try using REW with microphone; if it works in REW, it will eliminate the PC, Windows setting and microphone itself.
I owned NAD C658 with DIRAC for sometime, but found DIRAC to really thin the sonic quality of my music. Another huge problem I experienced is how it flattens the sound stage depth. Evening out frequency does widen the soundstage, but kills the depth and layering.
Loss of detail after Dirac: Before troubleshooting, disconnect your sub or apply a global highpass to your mains. Removing bass makes it easier to hear problems in mids and treble. Try further spaced measurements between mic positions. Turn off Dirac but leave the DSP in the signal path. Test.

Most work well, providing precise level balance, compensating for unequal pathlength differences, and correcting in-room frequency response for all the speakers. In the two-channel world, things have proceeded much more slowly.
