We offer programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex conditions. Services are designed with the belief that with the right support, people of all abilities are capable of thriving in the communities they call home.
Through contracts with the 12 AAAs, the Division of Aging Services supports older adults, adults living with a disability and their caregivers through a variety of Home and Community-Based Services and other supportive services.
