Every time I reached out to customer support, all they were interested in was upgrading me to a more expensive diffuser. AND they were relentless in soliciting me for 5-Star reviews every time they promised to resolve my issue. IT’S A SCAM, PEOPLE!!! Date of experience: October 16, 2024

This is a scam company. First, the call incessantly trying to upsell. Then products stop working just out of very short warranty -- no recourse -- customer support offered me a "free" diffuser but only with 3-year contract at only $109 a month!!
I just ordered “24k Magic” oil to diffuse in our bedroom because it’s supposed to smell like the W hotels. I thought about getting the W hotel candle and room spray but most reviews said that it was overpriced and the longevity was terrible. Has anyone tried this scent from Aroma360? Archived post.
