7 Ιουν 2020 · Mudhole says it’s a standard 90j and they can significantly discount the blank or I can send it back. So I’m going to keep it. They also said many companies make 9ft blanks less than 9ft for shipping purpose.

29 Σεπ 2013 · The 7465 series blank has thinner walls and a larger diameter than the 765 (more taper butt to tip). The apex of the bending arc is closer to the tip on a 7465 than a 765 (designed for rail applications). For my style and preferences, the 7465 series works well. Either blanks are very good. It depends on your application and what you like.
2 Νοε 2011 · Look at the Batson RCJB84XH; 40-80# rated, very close to the Calstar 700XH in terms of feel, but with a stiffer tip and a bit slower bend. One of my customers had his reel locked down at 30# of drag and then was palming the spool to bring the big BFT up.
8 Ιαν 2007 · We both liked the quality of the Calstar GF series. However they all have very fast tips. The only medium action blanks were the GX7 and GX8, which were much too light for stripers, blues and larger bottom fish. There are four models in the GFX series: 700L, 800L, 700M and 800M.
