20 Μαΐ 2021 · Proximal ulna fractures are relatively common upper limb injuries, which may represent fragility fractures or result from high-energy trauma. These include fractures of the olecranon, coronoid and associated radial head dislocations.
6 Δεκ 2022 · Distal radioulnar joint dislocation is more commonly displaced dorsally (i.e. the distal ulna is dorsally dislocated with respect to the distal radius), but can be volarly displaced 1. If more than 50% of the articular surfaces do not articulate, then the term DRUJ subluxation is used 3 .

5 Δεκ 2008 · Proximal ulna fractures are relatively common. They range in severity from a simple transverse olecranon fracture to a highly complex fracture dislocation involving a comminuted coronoid process. The anatomy, fracture pathology, treatment approach, and rehabilitation are presented in this article.
1 Ιαν 2022 · Proximal ulna fractures and fracture-dislocations are complex injuries that can affect the use of the entire arm. A strong understanding of the anatomy and common patterns of injury can help guide a surgeon to provide the optimal treatment in order to improve results and decrease complications.
