To address these issues, this project proposal outlines a comprehensive plan to develop and implement community health financing models. These models aim to enhance healthcare access, improve service quality, and ensure the sustainability of healthcare systems.
Two years project, which is proposed, has to contribute to development and implementation of efficient public health strategies at the local level, based on the population health needs and participatory approach.
The goal of this proposal is to establish community health clinics that can provide comprehensive, culturally appropriate, and affordable healthcare services to these vulnerable populations, thereby improving health outcomes and promoting long-term wellness.
The Community Health Planning and Costing Tool (Figure 1) is designed to cost packages of community health services (CHS) and produce results to help assess performance, plan future services, and prepare investment cases.
