This is a quick and simple guide to the basics of installing and playing with mods on Grand Theft Auto V for Single Player. It won't cover MP mods like FiveM. Modding GTA:O or console games is not welcome here and will not be discussed.
Just bought gta 5 on the pc I wanted to try and download some mods but the nexus is kinda lacking. Iv seen mods on other sites but have no experience outside the nexus. Just don't want to get anything buggy..... Any sites you guys know of with a better mod selection?

20 Ιουν 2016 · The launcher searches for modded files using a provided manifest of all vanilla files. When you switch profiles, it moves the mods in the GTA V directory to an external folder, then moves the mods of the other profile to the game. Using this launcher, you don't need several "Grand Theft Auto V" folders anymore !
30 Απρ 2017 · Drag and drop AddonSpawner.asi and the AddonSpawner folder to your GTA V game folder. No configuration needed, just load it up, press the hotkey (F5) and spawn your add-on vehicle. They are separated by vehicle class. It only lists your add-on vehicles, so no base game/DLC vehicles.
From what I know, gta5-mods.com is a pretty solid site for GTA V mods. The only thing that I can really recommend, when browsing that site for mods, is to check out the page of someone who makes mods for the game, browse the comments section of that maker and see what comments other people have left that use that same maker's mods for their games.
