The best part is it's not difficult so your players can type up their spells (or copy/paste from digital sources).

Can't you just let users print to PDF? You're already using React, making a page that renders only the result without the UI should be very easy. I typical use wkhtmltopdf to generate pdfs from html pages. Not sure how useful that is. Feel free to PM me.
