They aren't perfectly loyal to terraria but for some of them I just had to change things in order for them to work in D&D. I"ll probably post this to a D&D homebrew subreddit too. Hardmode bosses are WIP and likely to be even less balanced.

Dungeons and Dragons Terraria is an unofficial D&D inspired mod that is a faithful recreation of DnD into the world of Terraria. While the mod may not be the most powerful or in depth mod out there it adds a sense of familiarity from an all time favourite game of mine.
If a Banner is within 60ft of you, you gain advantage when fighting any monsters which have banners. For example, a zombie banner is right beside you, you gain advantage on fighting a zombie within the radius. Look on Terraria Wiki for Armor, Accessories, Enemy Behaviors, NPCs, boss summoning, Crafting, ect.
If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.

Fast + Ichor makes for some speedy zombie-bombs. Use Hungry + Virulent to keep the virus spreading in play longer. Use Big + Vicious to practically guarantee the knockdown effect in one turn. Medium undead, neutral evil. Skills. Athletics +3. Undead Fortitude.
