Video Visits. All inmates are eligible to participate in our no-cost video visitation program. Each inmate is generally permitted six video visits per month, one of which may be on a weekend. The number of visits permitted may vary based on an individual’s custody status. Up to six visitors may participate in a video visit.

All contact and video visits must be scheduled in advance. Visitors must use the PA DOC inmate visitation system (https://inmatevisitation.cor.pa.gov) to schedule visits. Each visitor should only have one account.
Approved visitors can schedule in-person and video visits—as well as participate in video visits—with incarcerated individuals through our Inmate Visitation System (IVS). Visitation with incarcerated individuals is available at all DOC facilities.
