28 Αυγ 2017 · If the starter motor solenoid hasn't drawn in with a 'clunk' and you see the FULL battery voltage at Pin 30, then check the BK/YL wire and the starter solenoid coil for breaks. If there is voltage at the starter solenoid, check first the engine ground strap then the starter motor.
