The annual award amount prior to Spring 2024 was $5,787.52. The annual award amount starting in Spring 2024 will be $2,380.00. Continuing students will be allowed to complete the program, but new students will not be accepted, effective fall 2023.
The Financial Aid Office recommends all students receiving TOPS renew their FAFSA every year. Students must be enrolled for full-time hours on the 15th day of class to receive payment for TOPS for that semester. You can be paid if you are less than full-time under special circumstances.
Students must meet the following requirements each semester to receive payment for TOPS: Be enrolled full-time on the 15th day of class each semester. Earn 24 credit hours each year over the fall, winter session, spring, spring intersession, and summer semesters.
