I now must obtain a 94%+ Acceptance rate, and NOT let the timer runout to avoid Lapsed (Missed) rides. And also god-forbid whatever-I-do not cancel. However I have to wonder how Passenger Cancellations enroute or during another ride that gets auto-queued impacts this (TBD later)

8 Ιουν 2016 · What’s the Rating System for Drivers and Passengers? When your ride ends, you can rate your driver on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. You can also write a comment, which is shared anonymously with the driver.
At the end of your shift, go through and rate the non-tippers between 1-4 stars. There are no 5 star passengers who don't tip. Let me know what I'm missing or how I can improve.
