Passengers have at least two hours to rate a driver from the ‘Rate & Pay’ screen in the app after the ride has ended. All feedback submitted is anonymous and reviewed before shared with drivers. If you don't provide a rating, drivers will be automatically given a 5-star rating.

LAX (Los Angeles International) for example adds a $4.00 airport surcharge fee that is charged to the passenger and goes directly to the airport. Here’s a screenshot of an Uber passenger’s receipt.
