Hi! As seen in the pictures, my dogs eyelid is a little red and swollen. I noticed it after my dog had his food this morning. Otherwise he is acting totally normal, and not scratching at it or anything. Should i be concerned?

History: Our dogs eyelid started swelling up a couple weeks ago. My wife took her to the vet and they gave her a steroid ointment that we were supposed to rub on her eyes.
