As for Doll Youtubers, there's LOADS. I follow Kelsey and the Closet, My Froggy Stuff, NextJen and her other channel GreatBigToybox, Toohunky Toys, XCanadensis, and many many doll customizers. I will also happily watch other doll youtuber videos when they show up as suggested.

What I do instead is head to Youtube and do a search for the doll I want and it's easy to find non-sensationalism Youtubers giving unbiased reviews of the dolls. Pixelation, poor rooting, badly-sewn clothes, etc, are what I look for in those reviews.
Munecas, Poupees, and dolls is my favorite doll channel in general but The Doll Circle is a good one too.
