Our health insurance is actually the State and School Employees’ Health Insurance Plan with the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) Office of Insurance. The Office of Insurance sets the premium rates, not BlueCross/BlueShield. However, BlueCross/BlueShield of Mississippi is our Third Party Administrator (T PA).
