Morning Aquatic Excercise. The Sacramento location pool is open mornings for individual aquatic excercise. Regular 30 Minute Classes. Classes are 30 minutes with a ratio of two students per class with a cost of $17* per student. We offer a sibling discount to three children in our half hour classes.
