'An ancient, Arcadian country estate' With a 125 acre estate of fine trees and open skies, Morden Hall Park is a tranquil hideaway enveloped by London. Follow the River Wandle as it meanders serenely through the park and under the ornate bridges.
10 Δεκ 2015 · The park is a short walk from the station or has a car park with free parking for one and a half hours or free all day to National Trust members. In the park is a well stocked garden centre, a café serving light lunches and lovely home made cakes and much more.
The estate contains Morden Hall itself, Morden Cottage, two well-preserved snuff watermills, a restored stableyard, a dog-friendly café, exhibition space and second-hand bookshop. A western part, separately accessed, hosts the National Trust's only Garden Centre.
