I am holding Dominion Financial responsible for the following, which is why Dominion gets a 1 star rating: I took a blanket mortgage with Dominion, thinking based on their ratings that they were a good and reputable company.
Dominion is hands down the cheapest DSCR lender and that's great. I've recommended them to many people. However, I'm not sure if I will be any longer. If I do, it will be with the caveat that you get what you pay for. Sadly, they have either have zero sense of urgency or their internal processes are too cumbersome to manage.
Does anyone know of or had dealings with Dominion Financial Services. I received a letter from them wanting to finance my next flip but I can't really find out much about them online. They are in Baltimore, MD.
