4 Νοε 2022 · I've been trying to get Apple to update iTunes installers to make iPod recognized as an AppleUSB device on Windows 64bit 10/11 by updating the Registry. Even tried snail-mail (ref case) but keep getting the run-a-round.
Go to Settings > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates. Turn on Download iOS Updates and Install iOS Updates. When an update is available, iPod touch downloads and installs the update overnight while charging and connected to Wi-Fi. You’re notified before an update is installed.

If you have a developer account with Apple, go to developer.apple.com/download, to get IPSW firmware for the latest iOS version. Open iTunes on your computer.
