With the new Outlook for Windows, you can stay on top of it all, for free. This app will replace the Windows Mail, Calendar, and People apps beginning in 2024.
Beginning in 2024, new Windows 11 devices will be shipped with the new Outlook for Windows as the default mailbox application free for all to use. The Mail and Calendar applications will continue to be available via download in the Microsoft Store through the end of 2024.

Download new Outlook from the Microsoft Store. Use the pre-installed version of new Outlook on new devices running Windows 11 PC version 23H2, or when you upgrade to Windows 11 version 23H2 or later. If your account wasn't added automatically after downloading new Outlook, add it manually.
If you're using Windows Mail and Calendar and your accounts are supported in new Outlook, you will see a toggle in the upper right of the Mail app in Windows 10 and 11 to Try the new Outlook. This option downloads the new app and switches your preferred email client.
Sign in to your Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, MSN.com or Live.com account. Download the free desktop and mobile app to connect all your email accounts, including Gmail, Yahoo, and iCloud, in one place.
