25 Αυγ 2020 · The issue you are encountering is usually a result of the Smartscreen feature, which you can modify. This can be for any number of reasons, e.g. the exe is not digitally signed so the publisher is not known. That said, I use WinRAR myself and I know that their installer is signed with a valid cert.

13 Μαΐ 2019 · Windows 10 provides its own inbuilt feature to unzip zip files. You don't need 7zip or any other third party programs to unzip the files. You require a third party program only if you need advanced features apart from zipping and unzipping
