14 Φεβ 2024 · The Downward Arrow technique is a therapeutic method developed by David Burns in 1990 to access our core beliefs. This technique is often used in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) . It helps trace our thoughts back to the deep-rooted beliefs that shape our perceptions and reactions.
