Age is provided as a convenience only, dosing should be based on the weight of your child.
The proper dosage for your child is based on weight. Always use the measuring device that comes with the medicine, not a spoon from the kitchen. You can repeat the dose every 6 to 8 hours. Do not exceed four doses in 24 hours.
