18 Αυγ 2022 · If your trip is ATOL protected (see below for info on how to check), you'll need to fill out a form in order to get a refund via the CAA's claims portal. You'll need to submit a number of details including your booking reference, original date of booking and bank details. You have until 25 July 2023 to submit a claim.
I have spoken to DWT who have stated that this is standard procedure and they do not ticket until at a max 3 months prior to departure, this is rubbish! and is backed up by their T&C's which state you do not have a confirmed booking until full payment is made and the flight is ticketed.
17 Δεκ 2018 · On 12 December 2018, I booked a flight through Dream World Travel’s (DWT) website and paid the full fare. Shortly after I received a booking confirmation and an ATOL certificate but I did not receive any tickets.
Hi, I recently booked a ticket with Dream world and they won't give me my ticket. When I try to call them they won't pick up the call. What can I do please provide some steps that I could follow.
They said the booking is reserved but they haven't received payment from them and that we should have got the tickets straight away as the flight is in less than 3 months away. So he get back in contact with 'Dream World Travel' and mentions this to them.
