Answer 21 of 79: Me being silly decided to book a holiday to Thailand in Nov through the agency 'Dream World Travel'. Initially I thought it was fine after doing a quick search and seeing positive reviews.
17 Δεκ 2018 · On 12 December 2018, I booked a flight through Dream World Travel’s (DWT) website and paid the full fare. Shortly after I received a booking confirmation and an ATOL certificate but I did not receive any tickets.
So he get back in contact with 'Dream World Travel' and mentions this to them. They said they'll sort it out and that I should receive the e-tickets by email within the next 5 days. What should I do next if I don't receive them? Which I don't think I will after seeing other peoples bad experiences.

Today I have spent 4.5 hours worth of 'on hold' time only to get cut off, fobbed off and now just an answering machine, whatsapp messages and emails are being ignored, no other way to contact them. I hope this will get their attention, you have 24 hours to get in touch and resolve.
I contacted DWT who came back with the usual T&Cs saying I would receive the e-tickets at least 10 days before I was due to fly, this didn't fill me with confidence. I then contacted the airline direct who confirmed the booking but advised the tickets had not yet been paid for although I had paid DWT in full. They emailed my itinerary that ...
