For weapons the general rule is the Destiny weapons, and the Ravenloss Keys are also pretty solid and easy to get. I'm not too sure about the accessories but stuff like Tytanvisage helm, the Atealan Cape from the war, Grub necklace, Ribbon of Compromise are all really good.

There's this file, which lists the BiS weapon for each element. It also lists BiS general and defensive gear, if you're interested in that. Some are exclusive to the Inn, but hopefully it should help at least for some of the elements.
Guys, there used to be an entry in the DF encyclopedia where you could look at weapons by level, I used it quite a lot when I needed a specific elemental weapon for my level, now it is gone and the closest thing I kind find is a page that shows the best weapons for your level.
