September 7th: Mostly up to date! Need to do current release weapons. However, Chained, Bound, Shackled, Antipode Series, Vaekan's Reaper, and only level 80 version of Escelense Dragon Defenders were added, no point in doing each of them when they dont even beat the 2nd best weapon in their level. September 8th: Rose Sword/Spear and Dagger added.

There's this file, which lists the BiS weapon for each element. It also lists BiS general and defensive gear, if you're interested in that. Some are exclusive to the Inn, but hopefully it should help at least for some of the elements.
For weapons the general rule is the Destiny weapons, and the Ravenloss Keys are also pretty solid and easy to get. I'm not too sure about the accessories but stuff like Tytanvisage helm, the Atealan Cape from the war, Grub necklace, Ribbon of Compromise are all really good.
