If you're really intent on the blue dragons she's your best bet. I guess they have the benefit of a good chunk of crafting xp and being easily to kill with low stats. But doing Konar tasks would bring you faster prayer xp with a combination of wyrm/dragon/wyvern bones and ensouled heads.
