A driver who fails a re-evaluation road test may want to consider the services of a Driver Rehabilitation Specialist. To qualify for a new driver license, the driver must. apply for a Learner Permit at your local DMV Office (written test is waived) pass a vision test

28 Απρ 2019 · The first step in getting your license back after a revocation is to request and receive approval from the Driver Improvement Unit (DIU). Once you have approval, you may apply at the DMV office. Please note that the DIU review can take time.
If the driving type you selected requires certified medical status (NI or NA) you must provide a legible copy of your current USDOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate to DMV if it is not already on file.
