You can use both rings to sum up the effects!

Just farm the Anor Londo bonfire with Symbol of Avarice, Gold Covetous Serpent Ring, and Crystal Sage's Rapier as an equipped sidearm. Do it with the Darkmoon covenant equipped for extra chances at the item. Respec to have more LCK if you really want to help your chances. Make a Hollow sword/build.
