It is recommended to read the following duʿāʾ at the beginning of each lunar month, this includes the beginning of the new Islamic Year when the month of Muḥarram begins: اللَّهُمَّ أَدْخِلْهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالأَمْنِ وَالإيمَانِ وَالسَّلامَةِ وَالإِسْلامِ وَرِضْوَانٍ مِنَ الرَّحْمَنِ وَجِوَارٍ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ.
