I've heard good things about both Howth and the Bray to Greystones as recommended places to do a cliffwalk that are both easy to get to from Dublin on the DART. But I can't decide which one to do, since I really only have time for one. Does anyone have recommendations of which is better?

18 Ιουλ 2019 · The Howth Cliff Walk is a easy to medium 7 km walk (Blue loop) or 6 km walk (Green loop) that takes you from the Howth Dart station along the beautiful Howth Harbour and up along the dramatic cliffs of the coastline of the Howth peninsula.
Bray to Greystones (or vice versa) is nice but Howth offers a range of walks. There's a working fishing port with fishing wharfs and boats, harbour walls, a marina, lighthouses, ancient ruins, wildlife and incredible views on the cliffside walks, plus a stunning view of Dublin Bay from Howth Head Summit.

The Dart runs around Dublin Bay between Howth or Malahide (northside) to Bray or Greystones (southside). You can catch the train to Howth at any station on the route. Fare to/from Howth will depend on station from which you depart. Return fare from the city centre to Howth is €4.70 and journey time is about 30 minutes.
