I'm assuming you don't have an account on FANDOM; if you did, you'd be able to access the image's file page, and, I assume, have linked to it rather than the static url. I found the file page by searching "KushanMothershipRM" with DuckDuckGo, heh.

In most cases, you can change the URL to point directly to the image you want. For the example you provided, split the URL at the ".png" and remove "/revision/latest?cb=20150304054751" to get https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/homeworld/images/0/09/KushanMothershipRM.png then right click and save as you normally would.
I went to the Firefox wiki (https://firefox.fandom.com) and clicked on an image that is on the front page of the wiki. From here it opens in the website normally as a .png image, overlaid on top of the rest of the website, and can be downloaded properly.
