University Cashiering provides over-the-counter service Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Our office is located in Bay 8 of the Smith Building. E-check is a fast and convenient method for paying your advance deposit. Navigate to bursar.duke.edu, and. click the “Make an e-Check Payment” link. Clicking the link leads to a screen where you will enter your Student ID that is found on your decision letter and your last name.
