Dulux Concrete & Paving Sealed Surface Primer is the second stage in preparing the surface for the finishing coat. It is formulated for use over any existing coating to reinforce the surface for optimal adhesion of subsequent coats of paint. Touch dry 30 mins. Fully Dry: 2 hours.
