PRODUCT INFORMATION. BEHR PREMIUM PLUS® Interior/Exterior Multi-Surface Primer & Sealer is 100% styrene acrylic, provides a mildew-resistant finish, and is high-hide white with a quick recoat time. It blocks medium to heavy stains, has excellent adhesion to multiple substrates, and it’s tintable for dramatic color changes.
